yeah get the same problem, on local upload to network internal server with 1 gb link to 1 gb link, using netgear router wndr 3700.

used windows 7 32 bit with FlashFXP 4.1.3 Build 1658, download works fine with full speed but on upload dont get more than 50-100 mbit.

Tested also some other FTP Program and works also fine to upload. Seems like FlashFXP have some troubles also tried to downgrade to older version but same results.
