Custom Toolbar Buttons

A command bar could be implemented for custom commands if there is enough demand from our users. Perhaps a poll could be created to determine how many people who use such a feature.

I recall you suggesting dynamic columns based on custom fields in the MLSD, unfortunately I haven't had any time to look into this. It will require a fair bit of reworking of the current design to do this, however I'm not entirely sure how much.
