Sounds like there's a problem with your installation, Specifically it sounds like your data folder is read only or your user account doesn't have write access.

Would be best to re-download FlashFXP from our website and re-install it.

Yeah bigstar...thanks for the quick reply...just found your Vista/FFXP 3.6 issues sticky post.
Forgot to mention i have Vista on my laptop.
Guess i need to go for W7 instead, or something.
