Yes, however it'd be nice to do that while inside FlashFXP I mean.

For example: Downloading something with firefox into a folder, it's not like IE there is no "open file location" so it's easier to do it in flashfxp when it's already open and your waiting to upload something from that zip. You can do it in there instead of browsing around to where it was downloaded.
