Here's an easier solution to deleting and saving a new queue.

It requires that you enable "Keep failed transfers in queue" via Options > Preferences > Advanced Tab.

Now in the queue, select all of the files you want to transfer later, right click select Failed > Mark as failed.

The files marked as failed will not be transferred and still remain saved in the queue.
