I think that would a be a LOT of work including a scripting mechanism, so that your goal could be achieved. But is it useful? Hell yeah!
I would like that too, that File/Folder actions can be added to the queue but I don't excpect that feuture in the next release or in the one after, because I'm aware that that would include some work (not like just replacing the program icon
