Hex Code Conversion Before Connect/Store

Is there anyway to get flashfxp to convert this:
ip:port/%20%20/
to this:
ip:port/ /

And same goes for all the other special chars and their respective %hex codes that ie tags in their place when you copy->paste links from internet explorer to flashfxp

I see that flashfxp usually tries to do this, but usually fails horribly on complicated addresses, can it parse it before it connects to it (or stores it in site manager) like have a button in the menu where you enter an ip, or do it when you store it into site manager or press ok to quick connect?
