In your proxy attempt you didn't fully setup the proxy connection, it looks like since you left out the proxy hostname.

In all of these attempts you're using passive mode, The ftp server may be firewalled and not be able to support this behavior. You'll need to uncheck "use passive mode" and configure your firewall and FlashFXP to use a set range of incoming ports.
