FlashFXP behind a firewall doesn't work

This proxy is up at the moment:

207.89.128.20:80

And please try both connections, to FTP servers with port 21 and servers with another port.
Because in my case connecting to a server with port 21 works with the mentioned proxy and
connecting to servers with ports other than 21 doesn't work.
And in such cases you could think that the proxy is down...
