Default Pre Purchase Question

Hi

I have been using your product for a long time now and I'm here to make our relationship official.

I have to admit that I have been using questionable versions of your software but before you shoot, please understand that I'm a lot older now and am born again, ex-pirate. I also work now so not only can I afford to buy your software, I know the trouble you go through to make it available. I now buy pretty much every software I use.

My main concern when buying software is knowing they will be around in the future. When I was browing Download.com for reviews, I was startled by FlashFxp's poor reviews because I think its great software.
After reading the reviews it seems they’re people that hate the software (Pirates) and those who love it (registered users).
Your customers seem very happy. So I’m not worried.

Having said all this, I think it’s now safe to ask the question to which I know the answer of already.

Is it because of cracks that the software acts funny sometimes?
-Wont remember settings
-Transfers everything in ASCII including Jpgs.

I think it’s a defense mechanism because I think this software is much smarter than that. If so, Very clever (Kudus! ). Please accept my apologies and payment to join your official user base.

Thx
Juke
