here are the changes http://www.flashfxp.com/wn908.php
before flashfxp would show
[03:37:02] (1) Connecting to <sitename>
[03:37:03] (1) Connected to <ip> Port <port>

so it's not much different that it used to be.
if you want security just disable flashfxp logging..
