JensB, the server you get this on, it's a busy place? I've seen something similar, where an fxp stalled due to one of the servers' inability to accept xfers. The local server simply ended up idling, altho my empty dirs were left inplace. I wouldn't call that a bug, tho. nor is yours since it's doing what you expect it to do.
