Default possible skiplist bug

skip list was disabled while download files from multiple ftp site......the files and folders which whould be skiped was downloaded...
for example:
there are two ftp sites exist the folder named abc contain these files and folder:
name size type
emptyfolder folder
a.r01 15,000,000bytes winrar file
a.r02 14,000,000bytes winrar file
a.rar 15,000,000bytes winrar file
a.tmp 0bytes temp file

and i use two flashfxp to download them from thess two ftp sites,the first thread of flashfxp skiped the empty folder and 0 byte file successfully,but the second thread of flashfxp did download them....that's the detail description the this possible bug....
