Actually, the latest beta clears everything up, in combination with the latest OpenSSL DLLs. I'm running:

FlashFXP v2.2 build 973 [BETA RELEASE]
WinSock 2.0 -- OpenSSL 0.9.7c 30 Sep 2003

and

TortoiseSVN 1.0.0 build 781
wojo is offline
