Are you using a custom theme? Some themes aren't fully compliant with the theme scheme and as a result cause flashFXP to generate such errors. I was informed of a theme several months ago that caused a similar error.

Apart from that we would need an extended debug version for more details. the errorlog.txt is fairly useless for troubleshooting.
