Make sure your virus definitions are up to date and that you downloaded FlashFXP directly from our website or tucows.

The exe protection we use in FlashFXP can sometimes trigger a virus alerts with old or out dated virus software.

According to the f-secure website v5.31 is the latest. That may solve your problem.
