Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. This will be addressed in the next update.

Its very important to have FlashFXP installed using an "all user" shared installation when configuring scheduled tasks to run as other users. If FlashFXP was installed as a per-user install then the sites and settings would be limited to this specific user.
