Joker, When you ran FlashFXP with the -setreg command line was FlashFXP being run from the windows administrator account?

Under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT you should have the following keys

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.FlashFXP_PIcon
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\FlashFXP_PIcon\DefaultIcon
bigstar is offline
