Pasting an ip:port address

this type of feature shouldn't require an option to enable it. having it not paste when the l/p fields aren't empty would leave some people confused. just as pasting without a l/p causes those fields to reset.

There is no way we can meet everyones expectations of this feature. It's better left out.. Sorry.
