You should have two transfer complete messages, one from each server. I only see one.

Here's a thought, download v1.4.3 from http://www.flashfxp.com/download.php and install it into a new folder. If you install it over v2.0 you will break things. Are you able to succesfully transfer the files with v1.4.3? can you please provide a copy of the status window text.
