The error you pasted from the debug.log is unrelated, in fact if you can recall I stated many times in the past that this error is by design. Unfortunately there is no simple way to filter it from the debug.log. This error is generated by the Spin Edit controls when you enter a non numerical value.

As for the site not found in the site manager, This is to be expected. You can't change a site name without updating the queue. Queue files are linked by the site name. It has always been this way.
