I have examined the lines of code referenced by the stack dump but I am unable to determine what went wrong. Can you think of anything that might help determine the cause. Perhaps include your custom taskbar caption text.

As for the resume options not being saved which? per site or globally? Where are you setting it? I performed some tests and it appears to be working correctly for me.
