i get the exact same error too.. but different memory reading address..
i downloaded the installer fromt he official website..

Runtime Error (at 19:7200):
Access violation at address 0040A1F7. Read of address 00D7837D.
It installs if i use the Silent Switches..

 FlashFXP_302_Setup.exe /VERYSILENT /SP-
