If this is related to the same bug that caused novell shares to fail then it will be addressed in the next update.

If you feel confortable using beta software you can try a beta that is supposed to resolve the problem.

Start FlashFXP
Help > LiveUpdate

LiveUpdate Dialog
Click Options
Select "Check for Beta releases"

Click Next

Download the beta update
