The server is not. Other FTP clients (LeechFTP, SmartFTP etc.) can connect fine.
Plus it's not only this site. FlashFXP 2.0 doesn't have any problems.
It's pretty safe to say this problem is not server-sided, but client-sided.

your internet ip should go there. if it's dynamic and changes often, you can just put http://iplookup.flashfxp.com and it will automaticly be converted to your internet ip.
