auto resuming? Once I transfer files, My website is not reflecting the revised changes I need.

It shows the new file on the right hand side that has been uploaded however when I drag the file from left to right and overwrite it with the current file on the right hand side, nothing happens on the website. Im using Microsoft front page to create the website and transferring those files but it doesnt seem to work. I bought flashfxp believing it was a solution for needing a ftp client.
The Vatican is offline
