QUINCY -- A Quincy man was arrested Thursday after police say he inappropriately touched a juvenile.

The Quincy Police Department said Charles E. DeWeese, 38, of 2230 Payson Ave., was arrested Thursday after the department was notified by the Department of Children and Family Services of the alleged incident.

...criminal sexual abuse, a Class 2 felony....
DeWeese was released from the Adams County Jail after he posted $2,500 bond. He is scheduled to return to court May 12.

"Court records show he was arrested Oct. 12, and he is being held in federal custody without bond. A jury trial in the case is set for Dec. 5."

cant believe at all.... Flashfxp Dev is some child abusing guy ? cant believe, i dont want to believe at all . it just doesnt fit - just like in some thriller movie
