There is an issue with the parser for this specific type of date format.

Please try this update and let me know if it resolves the issue for you

https://www.flashfxp.com/get/ffxp5.4.0.3953.zip

Unzip the flashfxp.exe into your FlashFXP folder overwriting the existing file.

Everything seems to be behaving as it should in this build. I will keep using it and let you know if any issues arise.
