How do I Change to ftpes?

I have tried connecting using all the connection type options and cannot get a successful connection. Here is a copy and paste from my log removed site name and ip for security purposes:

Any other suggestions as I am at a loss. I can connect if I use Filezilla and use the quick connect box using ftpes://ip address however I don't want to use Filezilla!!
