The transfer rule is set to resume and it does exactly that most of the time, it only restart at the beginning of the file on rare occasions which I haven't been able to identify.
I create the queue file from a .bat I made myself. I don't remember where on flashfxp website I got the queue infos but here's an example of what one line looks like(I wrote SOH and STX but they are the actual character in the queue file):
