Thank you for your help, I managed to get this to work by choosing the following option in site manager,

Menu: Sites > Site Manager >

On Each of My Site's profile in there I choose: Transfer Tab > Site to Site Method: Indirect (protocol independent)

It now works! Yeah
EPWebFTP is offline
