Can you please include a timestamped copy of the session log.
To enable timestamps right click on the session window and select "timestamps", only new text added to the session window is timestamped so make sure you do this first.
Now perform your upload and after the problem occurs right click on the session window again and select "copy to clipboard", if your session contains sensitive information you can send me a private message with your session log and I will review it, if you post it on the forums please do not remove too much information, often we see logs missing critical information needed to diagnose the problem.
Also please let us know your TCP/IP buffer size, this setting is located via the main menu Options > Preferences > Connection section
