Go to "Directory" menu and select "View Raw Directory...".
Does what you see there match to what FlashFXP shows?
If it does not, then paste that output here so that bigstar can look into what's wrong and possibly adjust FlashFXP's parsing of dir list.
If it does match, then it means that is what this ftp server is sending you. If that listing is different from what you expect, you should contact this server's administrator and work with them to resolve this problem.
