Problem uploading files with russian characters?

Hi!

I was trying to backup my files to my online server today, so I tried to upload the following file

01 Nije Do Mene.mp3 in F:\Music\Å½eljko Joksimović\The Platinum Collection

to the Server using FlashFXP.

Unexpectedly it didn't quite like it:

To get the files successfully uploaded I had to move the files from
F:\Music\Å½eljko Joksimovic
to
F:\Music\Zeljko Joksimovic
which meant it didn't like the Å½ in the original file path.

Could anybody kindly shed some light as to what is happening?
