Which version/build of FlashFXP are you using?

Next time this happens can you please post a copy of the ftp session log.

FlashFXP should never resume the file at any position less than the current file size, otherwise it would corrupt the file. This should never happen. My best guess is that you may have uploaded 500mb but for whatever reason the ftp server truncated your upload to 200mb and that is why flashfxp is resuming at 200mb and not 500mb.
