Ah, I see, and I feel silly now By setting it to "All User" (which by the way should read "All Users" ) I was able to set a custom settings folder. Thanks for your time Bigstar!

Although I'd like to suggest for this customization option to be available even if we choose "Each User" rather than "All Users".
