Same issue here. Received "Invoice" email after registering and paying via Credit Card (IE, not PayPal eCheck - or PayPal direct payment). Still have not received any license.

Have sent support request via web form, but am quite disapointed that this hasn't gone smoothly. Yes, I've checked my SPAM folders.
