Take a look at Selective Transfer

Main Menu > Tools > Selective Transfer > Edit

From the dialog create a new list

If you only wanted to download say all text files

you would add *.txt to the file list and select the include option.
leave the folders part alone since we want to search all folders.

Save the list and optionally activate it.
