2. The Format of Date and Time does not use the setting of the system

I have customized the format of date, and change the format of time into "24-hour clock" in the Windows 7 system, but I noted that some places does not use setting of the system. (You can see one of them in the enclosed picture)

So, would you please consider to change all the places in the FlashFXP to use the setting of the system by default? I think that would make the new version of FlashFXP More intelligently and humane.
