How about

Code:
FLASHFXP.exe -get -localpath="c:\" ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/antivirus_definitions/norton_antivirus/static/navup8.exe
Note the space after "C:\" and the prefix ftp:// to the address
Zero-Point is offline
