The customer portal provides members access to their license keys, member only downloads, forums and bug tracker.
Sign into your account to retrieve your FlashFXP license key. All customers have a portal account.
- Option 1: Recover your Password using your Username or Email Address.
We will send an activation link to your email which will allow you to change your password and access the customer portal.
- Option 2: Recover Account using your FlashFXP Serial Number.
This code is located within FlashFXP under Help/About. It must be entered in the format 04-XXX-XXXX-XXX.
We will look your account up using this information, and send an activation link to the email address on file.
- Option 3: Recover Account using your Transaction ID number.
This number can be found on your invoice. This is either the Order ID # (if purchased from our store) or ShareIT Order Number... Paypal transaction ID's will not work. We will look your account up using this information, and send an activation link to the email address on file.
- Option 4: Change Your Account Email Address.
If you no longer have access to the email address used to register your software, you can update your email address. We will send an activation link to the new email address which will allow you to change your password and access the customer portal. You must know the old email address used to register the software AND the transaction ID from your original invoice.
