Local bookmarks - synchronized browsing

I have some local bookmarks which are set to disable synchronized browsing, yet when synchronized browsing is enabled and I call one of them, I'm always prompted with the synchronized browsing error dialog.
I wish it would disable synchronized browsing without asking.
