cant connect to server using port 21

hi,
i m using Flash fxp for upload and download my site on host server.
it was working fine before but today morning when i tried to connect no connection make with server.
error was Delaying for 120 seconds before reconnect port 21.
i dont know how to solve this probs.i hope i will get is solved soon with the help of your guys.

why do you think this is a BUG and not just some problem on your system..or site is down like mentioned above?
