old link to frc in help file

The FTP numeric code page in flashfxp help file contains a longer active link to the RFC document (http://www.flashfxp.com/help/rfc959.txt)

Came across this while trying to digest a possible bug (or lack of handling), need to do some research to determine if its flashfxp mishandling something or the daemon using an incorrect numeric.

We're currently working hard to update and redo some of it for the next release.
Right now it's only about half done, there's only so much you can do at a time or you get serious brain freeze.

We'll be sure that this link works when it comes time to release the new help file. I'm not entirely sure where that folder ended up. when flashfxp.com was moved to inicom.net alot of layout changes were made, now that we're bringing flashfxp back to flashfxp.com more changes are going to happen.

I'll keep ya all posted when a new updated help file is ready.
