time changes

Hi- our clocks went forward 1 hour from GMT to BST and both my cmos and Win XP clocks auto updated.

But file txfrs with FlashFXP are still time-stamped in GMT. My 'dirty' fix is to use Site Manager to reset all my FTP sites to Cape Verde -1 hr GMT (which confusingly, now shows the correct times on files: GMT + 1)

My settings have 'use Server Time' activated, so shouldn't FlashFXP be picking up the real time automatically, rather than my having to use this manual tweak twice a year?

Thanks- AL

Re: time changes

Typically you shouldn't need to adjust the server timezone, I'm not entirely sure why its not seeing the adjustment.

The way the time system works is it converts your local time to UTC and the server time to UTC and calculates the difference then converts to back to your local time.

In my timezone I have no problem with the timezone adjustments.
