On Transfer Complete: Start a Program

When scheduling a transfer, there is an option to do something after the transfer completes, such as exit FlashFXP or shutdown the computer. It would be nice to have an option to start a program. A potential use would be to execute a batch/script file when a transfer is finished.

I will put this on my TODO list but I cannot give an time frame on when it will be added.
