Move license data to %ProgramData%

Hello,

please move the location of the license file from %APPDATA% to %PROGRAMDATA% (it is an alias for %ALLUSERSPROFILE%).

Why you should do this:
You install FlashFXP on a multiuser system like Windows XP/Vista. Actual, every user, who wants to use FlashFXP the first time on that machine has to enter the license data, because they are stored in the particular user profile.

If you would store it in %PROGRAMDATA%, you just have to to this once per machine.

Re: Move license data to %ProgramData%

This is based on the installation settings, per user or all user.

And the choice for this really depends on the environment in which FlashFXP is used.

We took the following into consideration:
* On a personal computer the user is more likely to use an all user installation so that they can access FlashFXP and their configuration all user accounts.
* On a shared computer (work) there is more tendency towards limiting the settings per-user even the license key.

This was done so that users don't accidentally break the EULA.

Part of the license agreement states ... One registered copy of FlasHFXP may either be used by a single person who uses FlashFXP personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.....

The scope of this is focused on single user licenses.

None of this is set in stone, but it will take a very good reason to change it.

But that's the problem...

Think about a normal family pc: You install FlashFXP. Your wife and kids have own accounts. Are they allowed to use your personal license? I don't think you have to buy three licenses, do you?

So, do you want to share your settings (like your sites) with your kid? I don't want that
So I am asking, if the "All user installation" is outdated. In times you used Windows 9x, it was okay. But today, things have changed.

Please think about that.

To solve this "problem" the installation settings should be like this:
1 - installation to single user
2 - installation to all users with shared settings
3 - installation to all users with separate setting for each user

The 3th point should be your solution, but I'm not 100% sure if it's EULA compatible ...
