connection error has no email error

I found out the email alert does not go when there is connection error to the other side and no file is transferred. Only goes when there is error for file transfer. It is important to have that.

After reviewing this issue I did discover an issue with the email notifications and under this specific condition the notifications were treated as a successful operation and not as an error.

Please try the following update and let me know if it this corrects the issue you experienced
