Improper filename changing on creating local files under some locales

How to reproduce:

Under Simplified Chinese Environment (GBK charset):
1. Create a file named "東" on a ftp server.
2. Download it.
3. You'll see "朹".

Reason:
東 in GBK code is represented by 0x967C
朹 by 0x965F

The 0x7C represents the pipe char "|" which would be improperly changed to 0x5C underline "_" when creating local files under GBK environment. I guess this also could happen on other locales as long as their multi-byte code contains 0x7C.

Upload such files works fine since it's done by servers.

Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Please try this development build and let me know if it correctly resolves the problem for you.

ffxp4.2.6.1874.zip

Just unzip the flashfxp.exe into your FlashFXP program folder and overwrite the existing flashfxp.exe
