Permanent Key usage

Hi,

I have a small issue, I am sure.

Every time I use Flash FXP, I have to copy and paste my activation key into the 'Enter Key" box.
How can I make this permanent?

Is there an error message?

I would recommend re-downloading FlashFXP from our website and re-installing it

This behavior is not typical however it can occur if FlashFXP fails its authentication check.

If you continue to have problems please contact support and include a copy of your license key.

I downloaded the program from the link provided.

After installation, I get an Error Code 4, Unable to, Unable to Validate License Key.
Contact tech support.

Now what is the next step?
